Prices

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgits. All prices are fixed and include tax.

Products

All products are brand new and original unless stated otherwise (garage sale section). They are delivered sealed in their original box.

Payment Methods

We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, American Express, Master Card. If you want to use a debit card or a direct bank transfer to place your order you will have to do so via Paypal.

Shipping


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are shipping orders to both Peninsular and East Malaysia using Fedex or UPS exclusively. You will have to bear the shipping cost.

We are also offering free delivery within the Klang Valley.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We are shipping all orders within 24 hours after receiving your order. You should receive your package within a week.

In case you prefer COD, contact us to decide the delivery time and location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally using exclusively Fedex and UPS so that you can track your order. You will have to bear the shipping cost as well as the import duty taxes imposed by your respective country. No extra handling cost will be charged from our side. Contact us prior to ordering internationally so that we can send you a quotation.

Support & Warranty


Do You Offer A Warranty For All Your Equipment?

Yes, all the DJ equipment sold by Battle DJ Store is under 1-year manufacturer warranty. Products warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer.

What If The Equipment Received Is Damaged Or Defective?

You have 15 days upon receipt of your order to file a claim with us regarding damages or defects. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If we determine it is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund. For domestic orders, we will cover all shipping costs in the case. Please use a mail service with delivery confirmation when sending your items back. Please keep all original packaging. If we determine the item is NOT defective, we will return the item at your cost.
